Before handing over your pet for any service, meet the vendor in a public area like a park or pet-friendly cafe. Observe how they interact with your pet.
Share your location
Let a friend or family member know where you are going, who you are meeting, and when you expect to be back. Share your live location via WhatsApp.
Verify identity
Look for the Verified or Trusted Pro badge on vendor profiles. Verified vendors have confirmed contact details and a complete profile. Trusted Pro vendors have been personally vetted by our team.
Trust your instincts
If something feels wrong, leave. You are never obligated to proceed with a booking. You can cancel without penalty before the service starts.
